PERANCANGAN PROMOSI DESA WISATA APAR SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN AWARENESS PUBLIK

Abstract


The Apar Tourism Village has 4 sub-tourism attractions, namely, turtle conservation, mangrove forest area, STIB (New Knowledge College), and Apar Beach. Currently, the promotion of the Apar Tourism Village is not optimal, leading to a lack of awareness among visitors about the village. Additionally, this tourist destination is not as well-known as its competitors in the surrounding area. The potential of the Apar Tourism Village lies not only in its natural beauty but also in its tourism spirit.

The purpose of this design is to increase public awareness of the Apar Tourism Village and to promote and inform the community about its image. The design process for the Apar Tourism Village starts with data collection, research, conceptualization, brainstorming, color selection, typography, and goes through the pre-production process to completion. The data analysis methods used to promote the Apar Tourism Village include SWOT analysis and AIDA. This design is presented in the form of audiovisual media as its primary medium.

In this audiovisual work, it showcases the atmosphere and the enjoyable sensations experienced during a visit to the Apar Tourism Village. It not only features the tourist spots but also provides information that the community may not be aware of regarding the Apar Tourism Village. The supporting media for this design include logos, posters, brochures, x-banner social media posts, stationery, and merchandise.
