Accordingly, all manuscripts submitted after this announcement will:

• Be automatically allocated to the subsequent issue
• Undergo a more rigorous initial screening (desk evaluation)
• Be prioritized based on scholarly merit, novelty, and alignment with the journal’s aims and scope

Please be advised that the Editorial Board enforces a submission control policy to ensure:
