PEMANFAATAN TATA RIAS SEBAGAI METODE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI SISWA DISABILITAS

Abstract


Merias wajah adalah salah satu seni yang memiliki tujuan guna memperindah dan mempercantik paras dengan mempertegas beberapa bagian yang sudah indah dan menyamarkan beberapa kekurangan di wajah. Sehingga tata rias memiliki tujuan untuk menunjang rasa percaya diri seseorang. Menurut pendapat dari Tritanti, bahwa tujuan dari merias wajah adalah bisa mempercantik dan untuk diri sendiri maupun wajah orang lain sesuai dengan karakter wajah dan tujuan atau kegiatan yang akan di hadiri. Anak disabilitas dalam proses pembelajarannya sudah diajarkan untuk merias wajah orang lain hal itu juga dapat dijadikan proses untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mereka salah satunya yaitu agar mereka percaya diri dengan hasil make up yang dia kerjakan. Selain itu juga konsep diri yang dimiliki oleh anak disabilitas sangat baik mereka masih terus semangat dan kemauan mereka untuk belajar merias walaupun mereka berbeda dengan teman lainnya.
