Tari Kurenah: Interpretasi Dampak Negatif TikTok pada Perilaku Remaja Melalui Koreografi Tunggal

Abstract


Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena sosial yang terjadi akibat penggunaan aplikasi media sosial TikTok, khususnya dampak negatifnya terhadap perilaku remaja, yang diinterpretasikan melalui karya tari berjudul "Kurenah". Karya ini merupakan sebuah koreografi tunggal yang mengekspresikan perilaku malas dan pemberontakan remaja saat menyelesaikan pekerjaan rumah, sebagai akibat dari ketergantungan pada TikTok. Penggunaan aplikasi ini diketahui memicu perubahan perilaku, seperti kecenderungan untuk menunda pekerjaan, kurangnya disiplin, serta apatisme terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Melalui pendekatan eksplorasi gerak, improvisasi, dan pembentukan komposisi tari, karya "Kurenah" menggabungkan elemen gerakan realis dengan gerakan-gerakan yang diadaptasi dari tren TikTok, disertai ekspresi komikal. Koreografi ini tidak hanya menggambarkan pengaruh teknologi pada kehidupan sehari-hari remaja, tetapi juga menawarkan kritik sosial terhadap fenomena tersebut. Karya ini juga mencerminkan betapa kuatnya pengaruh media sosial dalam membentuk perilaku generasi muda. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan bagi para pendidik dan orang tua tentang pentingnya pengawasan terhadap penggunaan media sosial oleh remaja.
